| 1) Delivery Where appropriate, Monthly Socks reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments and all delivery dates are quoted in good faith. Monthly Socks will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to produce due to acts of God, acts of default of the Purchaser, or any cause beyond reasonable control. 2) Terms of Payment Payment is due upon ordering. Socks will not be sent until the payment has cleared. All prices given include shipping and packaging charges, unless they are being shipped outside of North America. 3) Taxes 5% GST will be added to all Monthly Socks orders shipped within Canada, and 7% PST will be added to all orders shipped within British Columbia. Canadian taxes will not be applied to orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note Monthly Socks orders shipped to countries other than Canada may be charged customs or duty fees and the purchaser is responsible for these charges. 4) Privacy and Use of Information Monthly Socks is committed to protecting your privacy, and providing our customers with a secure, private, and enjoyable online shopping experience and will not rent, sell or share your information with any third party.
